When should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend you to arrive at the Spa Reception an hour prior to the treatment starting time to enjoy our Hydro Bath facilities. At the latest, please check in at the Spa Reception 30 minutes before your spa treatment is scheduled to begin for consultation, changing and to familiarize yourself with our various facilities.
What about payment for spa services?
We accept cash and all major credit cards (American Express, VISA, DC, Diners, JCB, Master, UC, UFJ, Nicos and Saison). We also accept gift certificates (Mandara Spa Gift Certificates, Royal Park Hotels Gift Certificates and the VISA, DC, Diners, JCB, UC, UFJ and JTB Nice Stay gift certificates).
What if I need to cancel or change the date and time of a spa reservation?
Be sure to contact us at least one day prior to the appointment to cancel or change the treatment or date and time. Guests will be charged 50% for treatments cancelled or changed on the day of treatment (payable via bank transfer).
When is the spa closed?
Because we are operated by Royal Park Shiodome Tower, we are generally open 365 days a year. We do close, however, on some designated dates for facility maintenance and repairs.
What time is the last entry?
We are open from 10:00 to 22:00. The last entry varies depending on your treatment. Please ask our Spa Receptionist for details when you make a reservation. There is no specific last entry time for guests who wish to use the Hydro Bath only, but it is recommended to check in at the Spa Reception by 21:00 to fully enjoy the Hydro Bath facilities. Please also note that we may restrict the number of Hydro Bath guests when the facility is crowded.
Which days are easiest to get a reservation?
Again, there is no generic answer, but we tend to be busiest on weekends and holidays. If you have a specifically preferred menu and time, please book the treatment two to three weeks in advance. On weekdays, some treatments may be booked on the day of your visit, but more guests tend to visit the spa in the evening. We recommend that you make a reservation at your earliest convenience.
