The Hotel Guide provides detailed information on hotel restaurants, banquet and shops, and other services.

The Area Map allows guests to search for information on restaurants, banks, hospitals, and brand name shops in the surrounding locales of Shiodome, Shimbashi, Ginza and Marunouchi based on location, hours of operation or telephone number. This function also gives concise and up-to-date information on transportation and travel times from the hotel to key areas in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

The Delivery Service allows guests to order a light meal, beverage or other menu items from a variety of carefully chosen eateries near the hotel. Orders may also be placed at the Emporium on the first floor or the am/pm convenience store located on B2.

Guests may use their in-room PC to send and receive e-mails using their office or home e-mail account. (Please note that this service may not be available to some guests if prohibited by their ISP.)

Guests may send one of our large selection of electronic greetings cards to friends and family.

The Invoice & Account Settlement function keeps a running tally of all expenses incurred during your stay. Guests requesting our Express Checkout service may avoid waiting at the Front Desk by completing the checkout process from their in-room PC. (Guests using this service must present a credit card in advance.)

Guests may use their in-room TV/PC to conduct Internet searches at no extra charge.
