Taking hot and cool baths alternately can help eliminate toxins from the body and increase blood circulation and cell oxygenation, which in turn improves metabolism.
Steam Sauna
Relieves stress, cleanse pores, relieve muscle tension, improve blood circulation and leaves skin smooth. Indulge yourself in a stylish city sauna with aromatic essential oils.
Dry Sauna
